{"id":13951,"date":"2024-02-28T16:41:13","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T19:41:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.frbb.utn.edu.ar\/frbb\/?p=13951"},"modified":"2024-02-28T16:41:33","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T19:41:33","slug":"protocolo-de-accion-institucional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.frbb.utn.edu.ar\/frbb\/gen\/protocolo-de-accion-institucional\/","title":{"rendered":"Protocolo de Acci\u00f3n Institucional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"entry-header\">\n  <h3 style=\"line-height: 1.2;\">Protocolo de Acci\u00f3n Institucional  \n    <div class=\"divider\"><\/div>\n  <\/h3>\n  <\/div>\n  <div>\n <div class=\"row\">\n\t<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n        <p>La Universidad cuenta con un Protocolo de Acci\u00f3n Institucional para la prevenci\u00f3n e intervenci\u00f3n en situaciones de discriminaci\u00f3n y\/o violencia por razones de g\u00e9neros, cualquiera sea el tipo y modalidad, en todo el \u00e1mbito de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional. <\/p>\n        <p>Este protocolo involucra a los comportamientos y acciones en el espacio f\u00edsico de la universidad, unidades acad\u00e9micas, dependencias, sedes y anexos, o a trav\u00e9s de medios telef\u00f3nicos, virtuales o de otro tipo realizadas por: <\/p>\n        <ul class=\"vi-verde lat-izq\">\n        \t<li>Personas funcionarias, docentes, no docentes, estudiantes (cualquiera sea la situaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica), y a toda persona que por cualquier hecho, motivo, vinculaci\u00f3n, raz\u00f3n o circunstancia desarrolle alguna actividad que tienda de manera directa o indirecta al cumplimiento de los fines de la Universidad, terceros que presten servicios temporales o permanentes en dependencias de esta Universidad.  <\/li>\n            <li>Personas que actuando en nombre de la Universidad, desarrollen sus tareas en otros \u00e1mbitos como institutos, empresas u organizaciones. <\/li>\n            <li>Organizaciones, empresas o todo tipo de estructura ajena a la Universidad que contrate o se vincule con esta Universidad y para el cumplimiento de sus fines desarrolle actividades en el \u00e1mbito de la Universidad.<\/li>                  \n        <\/ul>\n        <br>\n        <p>La consulta o denuncia podr\u00e1 ser realizada por cualquier persona a la que asisten los derechos vulnerados.<\/p>        \n        <div class=\"alert alert-info\" role=\"alert\"><strong><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i> <strong>Ante cualquier situaci\u00f3n de violencia o discriminaci\u00f3n <\/strong> podes acercarte para pedir asesoramiento, acompa\u00f1amiento o denunciar a la Unidad de G\u00e9neros y Diversidad, pod\u00e9s comunicarte con la referente <span style=\"font-weight:600\">Julia Segura Espina<\/span> o escribir al <span style=\"font-weight:600\">email <span id=\"cloak40e43c9db631ca4a080a097894abd8c6\"><a href=\"mailto:infogenero@frbb.utn.edu.ar\">infogenero@frbb.utn.edu.ar<\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Protocolo de Acci\u00f3n Institucional La Universidad cuenta con un Protocolo de Acci\u00f3n Institucional para la prevenci\u00f3n e intervenci\u00f3n en situaciones de discriminaci\u00f3n y\/o violencia por razones de g\u00e9neros, cualquiera sea el tipo y modalidad, en todo el \u00e1mbito de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional.
