Surge a partir de la necesidad de conseguir la igualdad, la inclusi\u00f3n y la justicia social de todas las personas que integran la comunidad. <\/p>\n    <p>El manual brinda una herramienta con estrategias concretas sobre el uso del lenguaje inclusivo y no sexista, con el fin de erradicar cualquier expresi\u00f3n de discriminacion y as\u00ed evitar la utilizaci\u00f3n del masculino como gen\u00e9rico en la comunidad universitaria.<\/p>\n    <p>Es fundamental recalcar que el uso del lenguaje inclusivo y no sexista no consiste solamente en el uso de la E o X, sino que dentro del manual se plantean alternativas que reemplazan la utilizaci\u00f3n del masculino con otras herramientas como por ejemplo: <\/p>\n    <div class=\"media\">\n  <div class=\"media-left\">\n  \t<div class=\"sppb-icon\"><span class=\"sppb-icon-container\" style=\"color:#bcce0f\"><i class=\"fa fa-square\"><\/i><\/span><\/div>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"media-body\">\n    <p> <span style=\"font-weight:600\"> Supresi\u00f3n del sujeto<\/span><\/p>\n    <p>consiste en la omisi\u00f3n del sujeto y reemplazado mediante el uso de formas impersonales <\/p>\n    <p><span style=\" font-style:italic\">Ejemplo no inclusivo: <\/span><\/p>\n    <p>Para ingresar a la carrera, <span style=\" font-style:italic; color:#F00\">el aspirante<\/span> deber\u00e1 poseer t\u00edtulo y\/o certificado oficial de haber concluido el nivel medio.<\/p>\n    <p><span style=\" font-style:italic\">Ejemplo inclusivo: <\/span><\/p>\n    <p>Para ingresar a la carrera, <span style=\" font-style:italic; color:#0C6\">se deber\u00e1 poseer <\/span> t\u00edtulo y\/o certificado oficial de haber concluido el nivel medio.<\/p>\n  <\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"media\">\n  <div class=\"media-left\">\n  \t<div class=\"sppb-icon\"><span class=\"sppb-icon-container\" style=\"color:#bcce0f\"><i class=\"fa fa-square\"><\/i><\/span><\/div>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"media-body\">\n    <p> <span style=\"font-weight:600\"> Uso de pronombres o determinaciones sin g\u00e9nero <\/span><\/p>\n    <p>consiste en  evitar el uso de \u201cel\u201d, \u201clos\u201d, \u201caquellos\u201d y sustituirlo por \u201cquien\u201d ,\u201dcada\u201d,etc <\/p>\n    <p><span style=\" font-style:italic\">Ejemplo no inclusivo: <\/span><\/p>\n    <p>Se informar\u00e1 a  <span style=\" font-style:italic; color:#F00\">todos los aspirantes <\/span> respecto de las condiciones de ingreso.<\/p>\n    <p><span style=\" font-style:italic\">Ejemplo inclusivo: <\/span><\/p>\n    <p>Se informar\u00e1 a  <span style=\" font-style:italic; color:#0C6\">cada aspirante  <\/span> respecto de las condiciones de ingreso.<\/p>\n  <\/div> <\/div>\n<div class=\"media\">\n  <div class=\"media-left\">\n  \t<div class=\"sppb-icon\"><span class=\"sppb-icon-container\" style=\"color:#bcce0f\"><i class=\"fa fa-square\"><\/i><\/span><\/div>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"media-body\">\n    <p> <span style=\"font-weight:600\"> Omisi\u00f3n del determinante <\/span><\/p>\n    <p>Evitar el uso del determinante sin reemplazarlo<\/p>\n    <p><span style=\" font-style:italic\">Ejemplo no inclusivo: <\/span><\/p>\n    <p>Estuvieron presentes   <span style=\" font-style:italic; color:#F00\">los representantes  <\/span> de los cuatro claustros universitarios.<\/p>\n    <p><span style=\" font-style:italic\">Ejemplo inclusivo: <\/span><\/p>\n    <p>Estuvieron presentes   <span style=\" font-style:italic; color:#0C6\">representantes   <\/span> de los cuatro claustros universitarios.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div><br>\n    <p>El Manual es una herramienta fundamental para la comunidad universitaria de la UTN, por lo que su implementaci\u00f3n es obligatoria. <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\n \t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manual de lenguaje inclusivo y no sexista El manual de lenguaje inclusivo y no sexista nace a partir de la creaci\u00f3n de la Unidad de G\u00e9neros y Diversidad en el Rectorado de la UTN.
