Se asociar\u00e1 el marco legal que acompa\u00f1\u00f3 dicha evoluci\u00f3n, a fin de justificar el emplazamiento en dicha localizaci\u00f3n y el surgimiento de consideraciones ambientales posteriores que llevaron a su cierre sin la adecuada recuperaci\u00f3n y\/o remediaci\u00f3n, y su actual condici\u00f3n de pasivo ambiental.<\/p>\n    <p>Para evaluar la amenaza de contaminaci\u00f3n del estuario por lixiviaci\u00f3n del ex basural, se analizar\u00e1n los resultados en agua y sedimentos en estaciones de monitoreo cercanas. A partir de indicadores, se identificar\u00e1n las componentes o niveles de vulnerabilidad f\u00edsica, econ\u00f3mica, social, pol\u00edtica, t\u00e9cnica, ideol\u00f3gica, educativa, cultural, institucional y ecol\u00f3gica. En funci\u00f3n de la amenaza de contaminaci\u00f3n y de las vulnerabilidades se avaluar\u00e1 el riesgo.
