En particular, en el cl\u00faster productivo de Bah\u00eda Blanca puede encontrarse empresas de distintas caracter\u00edsticas, desde una empresa multinacional a una Pyme familiar muy consolidada, tambi\u00e9n existen y todas poseen distintos tipos de encadenamientos productivos entre s\u00ed. <\/p>\n      <p>En funci\u00f3n de ello, y aplicando el conocimiento ya adquirido en estudios anteriores es que surge el inter\u00e9s de evaluar la estructura Organizacional de las empresas de producci\u00f3n en el cl\u00faster de Bah\u00eda Blanca, mediante modelos surgidos de la Teor\u00eda de Grafos. Con ellos se podr\u00e1 formular propuestas de mejora de las organizaciones, planes de capacitaci\u00f3n,  incentivos y mejora de los indices de producci\u00f3n.
